If you subscribed to GANADARA through a third-party platform (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or third-party payment processors):
- You must cancel directly through that platform, following their instructions.
- Any refund requests will be processed according to that platform's refund policy.
- We are not responsible for cancellations or refunds processed through third-party platforms.
- Please note that canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your GANADARA account.

12. Deleting Your Account
You can delete your GANADARA account at any time by going to "Settings" > "Account" > "Delete Account" in the app or by contacting us at ganadara@ekyss.co.kr.
Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all data associated with your account will be removed from our systems, and you will lose access to any purchased content or remaining subscription time.
Additionally, account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription on third-party platforms. If you subscribed through a third-party platform, you must cancel your subscription separately on that platform. Deleting your account without canceling your subscription may result in continued charges.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion if we believe:
- You have violated these Terms.
- Your use of the Service poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.
- We are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination will remain in effect.
14. No Warranties
